What to do when you're unable to locate an employee in CheckWorkRights.

When searching for an employee in CheckWorkRights and you're unable to locate them using the search bar in the employees list, there are a few reasons that could explain why.

Employee Has Been Made Historical

If your employee has been made Historical at any point throughout their journey in CheckWorkRights, they will not show up in the Employees list.

To make Historical employees appear in your Employees list, select Advanced Filtering.

Select Include Historical Employees, and select Apply Filter.

Your employee list will now show any employees that have been made Historical, and will now show up in your Employees list.

Your filters will reset each time you leave the Employees list.
