This feature is only available on the web application.
Any CheckWorkRights user who has access to the dashboard will require a password.
When a new user is added they are sent an invite email to activate their account and set a password.
If the user forgets their password, or they miss the invite email they can visit the dashboard login at https://app.checkworkrights.com.au/ and use the forgot password link, which will send the invite email again.
Alternatively, an admin user can elect to send an invite email to another user to trigger the invite email. This is done through the user list on the Admin page in the sidebar. After opening a specific user's file by clicking View you can use the Send Invite Email button to send out the invite email again.
