Reject Employee Documents

How to reject your employees document evidence submission, and request a resubmission.

Updated over a week ago

If you have been set as a Verifier for Document Verification, you'll be asked to confirm you have successfully verified and approved the evidence supplied by the employee.

There are two statuses of documents to verify: Assigned to Me, Everyone.

Assigned to Me: Employees assigned to you that require document verification.

Everyone: All employees within the organisation that require document verification.

You'll be able to filter your document verification by date, and how long:

  • Documents have been waiting for verification.

  • Documents have been waiting for resubmission verification.

Here is how to reject documents in CheckWorkRights.

Step One

Locate Document Verification on the Dashboard. Click on the yellow tile (this will be different depending on what status you're verifying).

Step Two

You'll now have a white screen showing all employees awaiting verification. Locate your employee and view the document, and review the sample.

If the document submission is not sufficient, you will have to request a new submission.

When ready to reject, select Reject.

Step Three

The white fly-out screen on the right should appear. Enter the reason for your rejection, and Select Confirm.

Finish

You have successfully Rejected the document, and requested the employee resubmit new document evidence.
