How to approve your employees document evidence submission.

Updated over 11 months ago

If you have been set as a Verifier for Document Verification, you'll be asked to confirm you have successfully verified and approved the evidence supplied by the employee.

There are two statuses of documents to verify: Assigned to Me, Everyone.

Assigned to Me: Employees assigned to you that require document verification.

Everyone: All employees within the organisation that require document verification.

You'll be able to filter your document verification by date, and how long:

  • Documents have been waiting for verification.

  • Documents have been waiting for resubmission verification.

Here is how to approve documents in CheckWorkRights.

Step 1: Verification List

Navigate to the verification tab on the sidebar to view a list of all employees awaiting verification, this includes those assigned to you and assigned to anyone in your company.

Step 2: Verifying a Document

Select the employee you wish to verify to view submitted documents, review the sample, and complete verification.

When ready to verify, select Approve or Reject. Rejecting a document in this context will ask the employee to provide a new document to satisfy the check.
