[Troubleshooting](https://support.checkworkrights.com.au/troubleshooting?hsLang=en-au) 21 May 2026 # Unable To Locate An Employee? ## What to do when you're unable to locate an employee in CheckWorkRights. | *This feature is only available on the web application.* | | --- | When searching for an employee in CheckWorkRights and you're unable to locate them using the search bar in the employees list, there are a few reasons that could explain why. #### Employee Has Been Made Historical If your employee has been made Historical at any point throughout their journey in CheckWorkRights, they will not show up in the Employees list.
