When you log into CheckWorkRights, you can find our Data Exceptions Dashboard at the bottom.
Let's take a closer look at the Data Exceptions:
Awaiting Verification with No Verifier Assigned
This is the number of employees that are awaiting document verification that have no Verifier assigned to them.
Unsubscribed From Emails
The number of employees who have requested to unsubscribe from CheckWorkRights emails. If an employee choose this option, they won't receive any emails from CheckWorkRights, this includes requested checks, reminders, password resets, helpdesk support emails, etc.
No Business Unit
The number of employees who have no Business Unit assigned to them.
No Payroll ID
The number of employees who have no Payroll ID assigned to them.
Duplicate Payroll ID
The number of employees who have a duplicate Payroll ID with another employ
No Recruitment ID
The number of employees who have no Recruitment ID assigned to them.
Duplicate Recruitment ID*
The number of employees who have a duplicate Recruitment ID with another employee.
No Associated Checks
The number os employees who have no requested checks.
Duplicate Emails
The number of employees who have been sent the same email from CheckWorkRights. This usually occurs when there are multiple "reminder" emails sent to the employee.
Recent Webhook Fail
The number of employees who have had a webhook request fail to complete recently.
All of these outcomes have been added with data compliance in mind, maintaining a high level overview of which employees require attention.
