A high level overview of what you can do with an Employee Record.

From the employee profile, you'll be able to view the available checks and their statuses. The available tabs are:

  • All Checks: Employee Dashboard showing all available checks and their statuses.

  • Employee Profile: Employee details including the ability to Edit Details and the ability to make the employee Historical. Includes information such as Business Unit, Verifier, Recruitment ID, Payroll ID.

  • Audit Log: View all employee interactions and their statuses.

  • Communications: View all employee email logs.

  • Notes: View an internal note on an employees profile. This will only be viewable to users, not employees.

How to Edit an Employee Profile

If you need to edit an employee profile for any reason, you can locate their Employee Profile and select Edit Details.

You can change:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Business Unit

  • Payroll ID

  • Recruitment ID

  • Verifier

If your employee no longer works for the company, you can make them Historical which will place them outside any search results (unless specified).

Once you've made your changes, select Save Changes.
