Conducting 'Ad Hoc' VEVO Checks

Increase your productivity by completing an 'ad hoc' check on an employee for immediate results.

Updated over a week ago

CheckWorkRights gives users timely updates on an employee's working rights by conducting VEVO Checks on a schedule dependent on the visa subclass and the associated risk profile of the employee. This means that any employees on an Australian working visa will be checked regularly by CheckWorkRights.

However, you can also conduct a 'one-off' check on a candidate to get a to-the-minute picture of their work entitlement status between scheduled checks. You can do so by heading to the employees profile to complete an instant Work Entitlement VEVO check for that point of time.

Running an Ad-Hoc Check

Locate your employee, and on their Work Entitlement check tile, select Check Now to complete an ad hoc check instantly.

This should give you an immediate check result with a notification at the bottom left of the screen.

You will be able to use this feature for any available Work Entitlement check, except for an Australian Citizen.
