Consolidated Expiry Report

The ‘Checks Expiring Within 90 Days’ report is an email report CheckWorkRights users can subscribe to. It includes all active employees with checks expiring in the next 90 days, plus expired checks, it excludes checks for candidates and checks or employees marked as ‘Historical’.

It can be delivered on demand, by subscribing to the weekly report, or downloaded as an excel from the CheckWorkRights Web Application for those with appropriate access permissions.

The primary goal of this report is to enable proactive compliance management. It serves as a reminder for HR, site or line managers to act on upcoming expiries.

Email Report

The weekly email summary provides a clear, at-a-glance view of all checks expiring or expired in the next 90 days, including:

  • Overall Status Count: A summary table counting the number of employees by check with expired or upcoming expiries.

  • Upcoming Expiries By Check: The employees listed by check with the check expiry date, expired checks are highlighted in Red

  • Direct Access Link: A convenient link to log in to the CheckWorkRights platform to view the employee's check details if you have access to the Web Application

This allows you to:

  • Schedule conversations to discuss renewal plans in advance

  • Ensure there are no unexpected lapses in compliance

  • Maintain a legally compliant workforce with minimal administrative effort

Downloadable report

Admins who have access to the Web Application can download the ‘Checks Expiring Within 90 Days’ from the reporting tab. When clicking on the download option, the user will be able to select from the following options:

  • Any Expiry Date:

    • Choosing this option will download an excel version of the report, including all checks across the account that have an expiry date, regardless of how far in the future or past that date is.

  • Expiring Soon:

    • Allows the user to choose a date range from the following options. The report will include any expired checks

      • Checks expiring in next 7 days

      • Checks expiring in the next 30 days

      • Checks expiring in the next 90 days

      • Custom Date selected, will pick up any checks expiring before the date selected
